How to fit cranks

How-to on fitting Profile cranks. This How-to will be relevant to all cranks which use a splined spindle.
Cranks which use a square spindle with pinch bolts are similar to this but will require less work installing the arms themselves as they will slide onto the spindle without the use of a tool or hammer.

Tools Required
Allen key set
Ratchet set for rear wheel (17mm or 19mm usually)
Hammer (preferably a rubber mallet)
Crank tool if supplied with cranks

How to fit forks

More super-techical how-to's from the bedroom! This one is for forks.
The only thing to note here is that the forks are installed with an integrated headset. If your frame doesn't accept integrated headsets you will need to press the headset cups into the frame 1st (presuming you are replacing the headset aswell). Once that is done then its the same process as shown in this video

Tools required
Allen key set
Adjustable spanner
Hammer
Grease
