All in stock orders placed before 2pm are dispatched from us that day; delivery charges are calculated online and are added to your order in your basket. They will never exceed £5.00 regardless of the size of your order. Our delivery charges for customers in the UK range from £2.00 to a maximum of £5.00 depending on the size/weight of the items. This is for a premium next-day (Mon-Fri) service.
When you order online or by telephone you will be told an exact delivery date so that you know when to expect your order. Please allow up to 5 days for custom wheel builds and custom bikes although this can be quicker. We can deliver to a work or family member’s address if it is more convenient for you; just enter a delivery address when you checkout. However, the billing address must match the address where your card is registered. If you choose this option please enter a land line telephone number for the billing address (you can add a mobile number too). This is only available on orders within the UK. We are confident that we offer the fastest and most reliable service in BMX.
We use three types of delivery service:
1st class Royal Mail: for small items - generally anything that fits in an A4 jiffy bag. This usually takes 1-2 days and is delivered by your postman. This does not require a signature.
DPD Courier: Overnight delivery service on all larger/heavier items - from shoes to complete bikes. Items are delivered on the next working day (Mon-Fri). You will receive an email on the morning of your delivery to let you know a one-hour time slot when your order will be delivered. You cannot change the time but there will be an option to change the day of delivery if nobody will be in to sign for the parcel. Alternatively they will try to leave it with a neighbour. We pay a premium for this service so that you are told a time when it will arrive and don't have to stay in waiting all day. We know how frustrating it is waiting indoors all day for a delivery when you could be out riding your bike. Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost; please call for a quote.
Interlink International: For all deliveries outside of Mainland UK. This usually takes 2-5 days but can be delayed by local delivery services and/or customs control.
