All non-faulty products that are returned or exchanged must be sent to us (with their original packaging) at the customers expense within 28 days of purchase - please call 0845 6800 360 or email us for a returns reference before sending and please return your free gift (if applicable).
We will exchange or refund anything that is unused with 28 days of making a purchase – no questions asked!
If you believe that your product is faulty please email or call the store on 0845 6800 360. We will explain the returns procedure depending on the circumstances. We will either collect your faulty item by courier or arrange to pay the cost of you returning the faulty item to us (return by regular first class post).
