All in stock orders placed before the deadline shown on that product page are dispatched from us that day (typically 3pm GMT). Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage and are dependant on the service you choose. Details of each service can be found on the checkout page. Some services require a signature upon delivery, any service requiring a signature will be clearly shown on the checkout page.
When you order online or by telephone you will be told an exact delivery date so that you know when to expect your order. Please allow up to 5 days for custom wheel builds and custom bikes although this can be quicker.
Choosing a Delivery Address
At SourceBMX we understand how frustrating it can be to have your order arrive at a time or location that is not convenient for you. It is possible to have your order sent to an address other than that registered with your credit card. Simply choose the "Dispatch to a New Delivery Address" option, this can be your workplace, parents residence or to a neighbour etc.
Please note that if this is your first order with SourceBMX then we may require that your order be dispatched to the registered cardholders billing address. This is to protect both our customers and SourceBMX against possible card fraud.
Please take care when entering your address. We will be addressing your parcel exactly as you enter it in here and can not be responsible for delays or problems caused by incorrect details.
Out of Stock Orders
This item is currently out of stock. If you wish to include it in your order, it will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available. The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page and you will be updated if there is any change to this date.
If for some reason the product is delayed or no longer available you will be notified and will have the choice to cancel the item or swap it for an alternative in stock item.
If this does not suit, please remove the item from your basket. You may prefer to return to the site at a later date to purchase this item. Or please use the “notify me” service whereby we will email you when the item returns to stock.
90 Days Returns Policy
Here at Sourcebmx We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 90 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. This excludes custom built bicycles or wheels.

When returning items within the UK please use either Royal Mail or a courier of your choice and request a proof of postage. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of postage back to ourselves. However postage back for exchanged items will be covered by Sourcebmx. Once returned we will credit your payment method used to make the purchase within 2 working days (Please note that credit and debit cards can take extra time to appear in your account - this depends on your banks policy and is out of our control.) For exchanged items we will endeavour to ship your new product to you within 2 days of receiving your item back. For international orders please contact email@example.com for information on how to return items from your country.
If you believe your item to be faulty or it has been damaged in transit please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call our team on 0845 6800 360 or +44 (0) 1424 460943 prior to returning your item. If your product is faulty we will refund the cost of returning the item to us (up to a maximum of £10) or arrange for a courier to collect (UK only) depending on the size of your parcel.
All items sold by Sourcebmx are covered by the relevant manufacturers warranties. These vary from brand to brand and product to product and are dealt with on a case by case basis.
