Frequently Asked Questions

SHIPPING, RETURNS & TRACKING

Q - How long will my order take to arrive?

A - Depending on delivery destination & shipping service used, orders can arrive next day– & for overseas 2-7 days (DPD/FedEx Courier) For more detailed info & times please CLICK HERE  (Please note, next day is not guaranteed for some regions) Items stated as in stock will ship the same day unless ordered past our cut off of 14.30pm, If stated as ‘’ships in 2-4 days’ then we will need to order this in from our supplier and will not ship until it arrives to us in the quoted time.

Q - How can I return my item/s?

A - At the Source we offer a 90 day returns policy, providing the item is unused and in the original packaging, All you have to do is post the item/s back to us with a completed returns form that shipped with your original order. For more info and to download the return form please CLICK HERE

Q - How much is shipping cost?

A - Shipping cost varies between area & the item/s that you order. To work out the exact shipping cost you will pay please add the items into your cart and it will work out the best option for you. You can also upgrade your shipping to a faster service if applicable.

Q - How Can I track my order?

A - To track your order please find your order confirmation email & using the track my order link in this email it will open a new page with all the tracking details of your order.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Q - Do Tyres come separately or in pairs?

A - All of the tyres we stock are sold as a single tyre only and don’t come in pairs.

Q - Do Pedals come separately or in pairs?

A - All of the pedals that we stock are sold as pairs only and can’t be purchased as singles.

PAYMENT & FINANCE OPTIONS

Q - What are the payment methods available?

A - We accept all major credit cards & PayPal as payment methods, we also offer V12 Finance.

Q - Can I pay using PayPal without a PayPal account?

A - Yes, when making payment select the PayPal option and pay as a guest, you will still need to use a valid credit/debit card to make the payment.

Q - Can I pay in Instalments?

A - We don’t offer payment by instalments directly here but for UK only customers we do offer V12 Finance in which payments can be spread over 6 or 12 months.

Q - Can I leave a deposit?

A - We cannot take a deposit or reserve items for you unfortunately.

Q - Can I pay off my Finance early?

A - It’s possible to pay your finance agreement early, this would have to be arranged with V12 Finance directly and not by ourselves.

Q - Can I pay a larger finance deposit?

A - Unfortunately not at the moment, the deposit amount is set by V12 and can’t be increased

Q - Can I change my delivery address - Paid on Finance

A - For orders paid using V12 finance we can only ship to the registered billing address, if this isn’t possible then please pay using Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal.

GLOSSARY OF TERMS

'Out of Stock' – When a product is out of stock and it’s purchased by you this will be put on back order. Once it’s back in stock it will ship to you roughly around the due date that is listed on the product itself. Sometimes this date can change by a few days give or take. If this doesn’t suit you please don’t purchase the item as it can also delay any other item/s that are in stock on your order. Alternatively select the ‘Request Stock Alert’ which will send you an email once the item is back in stock here and you can purchase it then.

'Order ID' – This is your unique order number consisting of 6 numbers, this helps us to locate your order quickly, please have this to hand when calling or emailing any order enquiries.

'Next working day' – A working day is a regular Monday to Friday, Not including bank holidays, Christmas holidays, new year etc. Saturday & Sunday are weekend days and do not count as a working day. Any orders placed after the cut off on a Friday afternoon or the weekend or a holiday will not be processed until the next working day.

'99% Assembled' – This is from our bike in a box pre-assembled service (UK Only) Your bike will be 99% assembled & repackaged inside a larger box, all you will need to do is install the handlebars & pedals with the tools that are supplied.

'Order Complete' – This term means your order has been fulfilled, shipped from our warehouse and is in transit ready for you to receive via post or courier.

WARRANTY

All items sold by Sourcebmx are covered by the relevant manufacturers warranties. These vary from brand to brand and product to product and are dealt with on a case by case basis. To make a warranty enquiry please email: info@sourcebmx.com and one of our staff members will contact you to resolve the issue. When emailing please remember to include as much information as possible regarding the warranty from the below list: 

  • Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Contact phone number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for the warranty enquiry 
  • Photos showing the suspected fault. 

Worn grips, tyres & broken plastic products (seats, hubguards, peg sleeves, bar ends etc. aren’t covered by warranty as this is due to natural wear & tear. Also, bent & twisted products aren’t usually covered by the manufacturer as it’s a sign of rider error rather than a manufacturers defect. We will consider any warranty claim and will check with our suppliers to see what can be offered under warranty.
