We have recently been testing a new courier service which gives you a 1-hour time slot when your package will arrive. We've found them to be ultra-reliable so now all parcels we send will be via this new timed delivery service.

Items that are really small and fit in an A4 jiffy bag will still go via 1st Royalmail but anything bigger (shoes, bikes etc) will go via our new courier. On the morning of your delivery you will be e-mailed a 1-hour time slot telling you when your package is going to be delivered. We know how frustrating it is waiting indoors all day for a delivery when you could be out riding your bike so we're confident this is going to make our service even better and give our customers even more reason to order from The Source.

And remember, delivery is still free in the UK on order over £100 and no more than £5 on smaller orders (depending on weight). Please note : 1-hour time slots aren't available on international orders.
