Awesome platforms
I've been riding odyssey trailmix pedals for years. I prefer metal and as-flat-as-possible pedals and those used to give me the stability and grip I needed. I recently found that my current pedals needed replacement and read about these Surge XL. Price was holding me back cause the difference with Odyssey's was rather high, but looking at the pin count and platform size I went for them.
Just with a side by side comparison you notice that Eclat went huge (see snap), but when riding them you really see how these monsters help.
No regrets on this purchase... worth the investment!
