Rims, historically are something that don’t really change too much, but with the never-ending evolution of BMX, and “flybikes” being a brand to never sit still it was time to freshen up our very popular “Classic” rim with some much needed improvements. Besides the strength and obvious design features of the “Classic” rim, the new “Lunar” rim includes a greater spoke offset for increased stability and refined adjustability, an overall taller shape, deeper rim bed for easier tire installation, thicker sidewall thickness for dent resistance, a rim lip that helps avoid pinch-flats, all rounded out with a perfect 34mm. width. The “Lunar” rim has it all!
All of our Scracth and dent sale items have been examined and checked by our trained mechanics and are mechanically sound and in full 100% working order. The producrs feature cosmetic damage in the form of scuffs, scratches to paintwork on frames, forks or handlebars and have been graded into two grades:
GRADE A: The product has some light chips or scuffs or scrapes to paintwork.
GRADE B: The product features some heavier paint chips or scrapes in multiple areas.
Our scratch and dent products are typically products which have been damaged by couriers in transit or are ex-display.
Typical Grade A include light scuffs or small chips to paint work or typical signs of pre-assembly. Or minor imperfections in the finish.
Typical Grade B products include deeper gauges and damage to paint work, often in multiple places. typically products which have been damaged in transit.
