Here at SourceBMX we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 90 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. This excludes custom built bicycles, custom wheels or free gift items.

Please return the item(s) to the address below accompanied by a completed return form (sent in all orders). If you are no longer have the returns form then please just make sure you include all of the follow information to make your return process faster.

When returning items within the UK please use either Royal Mail or a courier of your choice and request a proof of postage. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of postage back to ourselves. However postage back for exchanged items will be covered by SourceBMX. Once returned we will credit your payment method used to make the purchase within 2 working days (please note that credit and debit cards can take extra time to appear in your account - this depends on your bank's policy and is out of our control.) For exchanged items we will endeavour to ship your new product to you within 2 days of receiving your item back. If you believe your item to be faulty or it has been damaged in transit please contact us here or call our team on 01424 460943 prior to returning your item. If your product is faulty we will refund the cost of returning the item to us (up to a maximum of £10) or arrange for a courier to collect (UK only) depending on the size of your parcel.
All items sold by SourceBMX are covered by the relevant manufacturers warranties. These vary from brand-to-brand and product-to-product and are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
