GT's Performer 18" BMX is designed and built speficially for younger riders, getting them used to the geometry of a full size BMX in preparation for that next step up in size.
Made from Hi-Ten Steel throughout the frame, forks and bars keeping the Performer 18 strong enough to handle those increasingly heavier landings and keep going strong.
It's loaded with quality parts, many of which you'll be finding on a full size 20" BMX, from the mushroom style grips with removable GT barends, GT aluminium top load stem, a GT chromoly 3-piece crankset and so much more.

BMX BIKE SIZE GUIDE
BMX bikes are measured in two ways: the size of the wheel (20” is the standard BMX wheel size), and the length of the frame which is gauged by the top tube measurement. We have also simplified for you into XS, Small, Medium, etc.Here is a guide to what size you should be looking for - note that there is some overlap in sizes, as personal preference also comes into the equation!
