A lightweight and dependable Mini sized BMX race bike from Jet designed specifically for riders between approximately 4' 2" and 4' 10". Spec’d out with parts specially selected to fit little hands and feet properly.
The Accelerator Mini is built around a tough and lightweight heat treated 6061 Aluminum frame for maximum weight to strength ratio. Parts highlights include sealed bearings throughout, Aluminum mini race handlebars, sturdy Hi-Ten forks and aluminium 3-piece cranks. The whole bike runs on a lightweight and sturdy 28 spoke, double wall 1-1/8” wheelset with sealed bearings for a maintenance free ride.
In Summary, The Jet Accelerator Mini is the perfect first BMX race bike with its lightweight, carefully spec’d parts which are all standard BMX sizes and fits, should you wish to customise any parts going forward.

BMX RACE BIKE SIZING
The first thing you will need to do is make sure you get the correct size BMX race bike, based on your height. BMX race bikes are sized from Mini (The smallest) through to Pro (adult) sizes. These sizes refer to the overall size of the frames and parts but the wheel diameter will remain the same at 20” despite the width of the tyres varying.Take a ride through our handy guide to find out what size bike best suits you.
Note: there is some overlap between sizes as personal preference comes into the equation.

SCRATCH & DENT
All of our Bikes in our scratch and dent sale have been examined and checked by our trained mechanics and are mechanically sound and in full 100% working order. The bikes feature cosmetic damage in the form of scuffs, scratches to paintwork on frames, forks or handlebars and have been graded into two grades:
GRADE A: The bike has some light chips or scuffs or scrapes to paintwork.
GRADE B: The bike features some heavier paint chips or scrapes in multiple areas of the bike. some parts could have been replaced with new alternotives (such as torn seats, grips or tyres for instance.
Our scratch and dent bikes are typically bikes which have been damaged by couriers in transit or are ex-display bikes.
GRADE A examples
Typical Grade A bikes include light scuffs or small chips to paint work or typical signs of pre-assembly around the drop outs but not ridden.
GRADE b examples
Typical Grade B bikes include Deeper gauges and damage to paint work and can have some original parts replaced for similar like seats or grips.
